Hi,

I have a TS installed in a Windows 2000 Server SP4, in Workgroup environment.
I have installed a Windows 2003 Server with TS Licensing Server.
How can I connect the TS to the TS Licensing Server?

Thanks.

Luiz

Is the TS Licensing Server also a stand-alone server (in a
workgroup)?

Here's how you can point your TS to the TS LS:

239107 - Establishing Preferred Windows 2000 Terminal Services
License Server

Hi Vera,
is, the TS Licensing Server is a stand-alone too.
Must I follow the KB?

Thanks.

Re: How to connect to a W2K TS Licensing Server

Yes. I asked about the LS because you cannot connect to an LS in un
untrusted domain. But when both TS and LS are standalone servers,
there shouldn't be a problem.

If you get a problem, check this for more info:

Can I use a single TS Licensing Server to issue TS CALs to Terminal
Servers in multiple untrusted domains and workgroups?
