Re: avoid download of roaming profile when log in TS
First of all, you *must* make sure that the users have different
profiles on their workstations and the TS, otherwise you will get
profile corruption.
You can either define a separate roaming TS profile, or a local TS
profile. This last option has the disadvantage that you will need a
lot of space on the C: drive of your TS to store the profiles.

You can define the TS profile in the User Account properties in AD
or (better) in a GPO.
