You can't do this with existing Microsoft products, however, VMware lets
you run 64bit guests on capable hardware under a 32bit OS. They have a
tool, VMware-guest64check, that you can download from their website which
will tell you if your host is capable. VMware Server is free, so all it
will cost you is the time to try it out. I highly recommend VMware
Workstation because of the added features (multiple snapshots is my
favorite) but it is not free.
