Processor 100% occupation

Hello, I have developped a Access Project application that runs on a Terminal
Server with various users.
The problem is that, at any time one of the user makes the program "crash"
(don't know why) and the TS processor gets to 100% occupation, causing
problems to all users.
Is there an automatic way to know that a user is making the processor
occupation to be at 100% and making him logoff?
I hope all your help...

There is a free program called Threadmaster that can be used to limit the
amount of CPU usage that programs can use. This can be found here:
