The terminal server is behind a pix 501 firewall. The port 80 has been
opened and I've connected to the tsweb website. I type in the IP address of
the terminal server, and it gives me this error:
The client could not connect to the remote computer. Remote connections
might not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to accept new
connections. It is also possible that network problems are preventing your
connection. Please try connecting again later. If the problem continues to
occur, contact your system administrator.
If I connect to my cisco VPN client, the connection works, even when I use
my external, not my internal, IP address to access the ts website.
Is there another port other than the port used for the website that needs to
be opened on the firewall to allow access? What kind of situation would
cause this?
Thanks,
