Hi,

I was using Netscape 7 (over 5 years) with Java disabled. I didn't try
enabling Java to find out if that would make a difference.

Instead, I downloaded Fire Fox and used that browser.

Now I can see my balance, etc.

Why I didn't get any kind of warning with Netscape, is a mystery.

You definitely don't need java to view your paypal balance.
