One of our customers has several T.S. servers which are also Citrix servers,
but this problem occurs even just using Remote Desktop to the server(s). 64
bit Windows 2003.

When a normal user tries to print (or uses print preview) via Internet
Explorer they just get the header/footer but the page itself is blank.

If an administrator then logs on to the server and tries the same thing,
even the same web page, it works OK.

THEN, when the original user tries again it now works OK. It is then OK
until the server is restarted and the same problem occurs.

There are no errors appearing so nothing to suggest where the problem is.

Any advice is welcome.

Thanks

Re: Printing showing blank pages

I am not sure of this -
Is it possible that your printer driver needs an initialization before it
works? Can you write a power-on script to initialize the printer driver as
an admin and then the other users will be able to use it?
