I think this may have come in via an update because I didn't install it.
Every time I put a DVD in DVD Player starts up automatically.

How do I uninstall it or stop it from starting automatically please? I can't
find anything in the control menu.

Re: How to remove Windows DVD Player

Windows 2000 doesn't differentiate a CD-Rom from a DVD player. If you have
the ability or want to play DVDs you have or must get a third party product
to do so.

Re: How to remove Windows DVD Player

Right. That's what I was wondering.
More investigation required. If it's not windows then it must be WinAmp. I
have no other software progam on there except Nero and the Media player has
been uninstalled for that.

Thanks.
