When connecting to the wireless router following message occurs:
Connected with limited Access (no internet access)

It seems to me that the connection attempt fails when acquiring IP address

Laptop info:
Vista Home Premium 32 bit- Ran all current Windows updates
Sony Viao Model VGNCR220e
Intel Wireless WiFi link- 4965AGN

Wireless Router info:
Linksys Wireless G Cable Gateway

Using DHCP
I currently can connect without issue using MAC OSX and Windows XP on other

RE: Limited connectivity / no internet

Your picking up an autoconfig IP address there. Which means your Vista
machine isn't getting a DHCP address lease for some reason.

You haven't got MAC address filtering enabled on the router have you?

RE: Limited connectivity / no internet

OK

Try a few other things:

1. Temporailiy setting your wireless network adapter to a to a static IP
address within your router's subnet.

2. Connecting to another wireless access point.

3. If you're using WEP or WPA encryption at the router, check that you've
given Vista the correct access code. Sounds obvisous I know but I've see this
exact behavior with an incorrect access key before.
