After displaying "Preparing your desktop" for quite sometimes, then
error message as below followed.
Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not
have the appropriate permission to access the item.
I restored the backup but the same message returned. Reinstalling the
system is only way out I can think of. Is there a way to solve the
problem without reinstalling? Any suggestion will be appreciated.
