My new Dell laptop came with Vista Home Premium. Seemed fine but yesterday I
got a blue screen with a message that the system was shutting down. It
re-booted and all seems fine except that the analog clock, picture viewer,
and news headlines that used to show up on the right side of the screen are
now gone. Can anyone assist me on how to restore these items? Thanks

Hi, Zephyrco.

I don't know "what happened", but I think you are talking about the Windows
Sidebar. (A very nice feature of Vista.)

To turn it back on: Start | All Programs | Accessories | Windows Sidebar

Hi Zephyrco,

This would be Windows Sidebar. See if this can help you get it started
again for you.
