Why not set IE to delete temp files upon exit?

Holz,

You talk about a domain so on your domain controller you have a Default Domain Policy.
Load the MMC snap-in & look through the administrative tree to find the Delete Temporary
Files on Exit. You may have to put IE in PREFERENCE MODE to find the setting
