Please read this!your help appreciated

Hi im using windows vista 64 bit and have a problem with the media
player.Everytime i try and view a video or similar it says 'windows media
player has stopped working' then it looks to see if it can reslove it which
it cant.What should i do?if you cant help it would be helpfull if you could
give me the link to contact windows tech support please?someone on here gave
me it before and they helped me sort it out,but now i have lost it.Advice or
help is greatly appreciated,many thanks.

I am not currently in Vista, but can you open your 'Help and
Support'? If so, click on it to open 'Help and support' and
then is there a 'Support' option on the top row of the
windows? If so, click on that and then 'Get Help from
Microsoft' and it'll take you to the Microsoft.com web site.

personally I gave up on windows media player a long time ago.

now use VLC instead.

very reliable, works with 32/64 xp and vista.

> help is greatly appreciated,many thanks.-Thanks to the people that have left me some links but that is not what i wanted,it appears when i follow these links i have to pay for there help?Last time i was onhere someone was kind enough to give me a simple e mail address i could just message my problems too.unfortunately the above links or un helpfull.
