Remote User Access

[The Doctor]

I am having an odd problem. I which to make a user
part of a non-admin user to access their desktop remotely.

When the user is added to remote no dice.

Only to admin does it work.

How can this be fixed?

I would have told you but I refuse on principle to assist spammers
