I am having 4 Servers (DC, File Server, ISA and Exchange) about 10 users have
to access the file server by TS. As I have never setup TS before, what is
the right way to do it. Should I install the TS on the DC or on the File
Server? Also what are the steps to do it and should I use Remote Desktop for
the users to access the File Server or any other application? Also what is
the easiest way to work for the users. If I send an email as an example,
where Outlook is installed on the local machine and I have to attache and
attachement from the server how do I do that?

I know these are a lot of questions but I really would appreciate if someone
could give me some hints.

The best would be to have dedicate machine for it, if you're unable to
have it then setup it on file server.
How much of network bandwidth file server uses? If it using much
network all the time then you will have poor performance with terminal
services.
For using terminal services the best would be to use remote desktop
client to connect, and also all users with windows have this client by
default so this is the easiest way to implement.
For outlook and I haven't quite understand you question, but as I
understand you want to access local computer documents via terminal
server. the easiest way to map local network drive in remote desktop
client, or you can use network shares.
