Windows Vista Windows Media Encoder has stopped working

Hi everyone!
I've got a problem with Windows Media Encoder, and I'd like some help.
I've gone a bit in depth about it at another forum (which wasn't too
much help).

Re: Windows Media Encoder has stopped working


Did you use the Problem Reports and Solutions Center control panel to report
the problem and check for Solutions? I don't see any Fault Bucket number
below, which potentially indicates that you did not.

Do you have the Encoder's Vista update:
