Client cannot see his printers while remotely connected

[The Doctor]

This one is baffling me.


2 clients are similar so that their printers can be seen while remotely
connection. One client is not seeing his printer.

Both clients tested had no problems except this new client that was created
today.

What do I need to do to assue that the client
can work with his printer that should be
being picked up by the other side?

Not everyone agrees with your views on God, Queen, the country etc. Have you
considered posting your questions without this commercial?
