I am trying to connect to several clients in diferent environement with a
resolution of 2560 * 1600 and a color depth of 16 bit.
For the almost all servers everything works fine but there are a some server
that will not allow a higher color depth then 8 bit which is giving me some
problems with the software I am using remotely.
The servers have no special setup but they are all in the same environment.
The Graphic Card should be able to do it. There is no Terminal Server Config
that limits the color depth. If I connect with a smaller resolution the
connection uses 16 bit color depth.
Is there a kind of check up on the line speed while connecting rdp which
limits the color depth?
Is there a way to force the rdp connection to use 16 bit color depth even if
the speed is not fast enough?
Is there anything else I can check?
Any Help would be nice!
