connection dies

Wondering if anyone have any idea about why the spawn-dialog with
"connecting..." dies on one of our servers when trying to connect with RDP?
The problem occurs on a file server (Win2k3 SP2) with TS in admin mode.
As the users can access file shares through DFS/SMB/NFS, it\s not a critical
problem for the moment, but it's a little bit annoying when we can't
administrate the server...
This has happened before on this server, and since last weeks we've seen
this more often (last week it worked ok in 2 days after reboot).
Maybe something leaks memory, but can't figure out what when its "twin
brother" with same hardware and the same (not 100% sure, but should be...)
services installed doesn't have the problem.
I found a KB (942486) fixing a problem with system not releasing resources,
and since that it has worked as expected in a week. The last time it
happened, also NFS died and staffs' web pages on that file server wasn't
accessible. Haven't seen this NFS-problem yet since the last reboot, but
cannot be sure that this will not happen.
I can connect to the server with MMC (computer manager and TS-manager)

/Henrik
