DNS - 2000 & 2003 on different domains

Hello:

I need to configure DNS between 2 domains. One is Windows 2000 and the
zones are Active Directory Intergated, and the other is Windows 2003 and
they are Active Directory Integrated as well. From my 2000 domain in need
to pull secondary for the 2003 domain. I tried adding it as a secondary and
made sure the zone transfers was configured correctly, but the zone will not
transfer. Is there something I am missing?

Tranfers are usually blocked by default. You need to enable transfers on
the target DNS server.

Thanks for replying to my post.

I enabled the transfer options, but the zone will not transfer. I checked
the event log under DNS but there are not errors. I thought this could be a
security issue between the 2 domains since they are independent and there is
no trust relationship, but I just don't know.

Any suggestions would be helpful...
