Hi,

"Previously, Microsoft had provided a fully functioning, 120 day, free
trial of this operating system. The page that provided this trial has
been replaced with one that promotes the benefits of the x64 editions of
Windows Vista."

Does anybody have this trial?

I want to test some 64-bit features of this operating system,
but don't know where to get just a trial;

my system is a HP (Compaq) nx6325 with
1,5 GB RAM, an AMD Sempron 3500+ capable of AMD64 instruction set and a
60 GB Harddisk;

Thanks,
Walter H.

Re: Win XP Pro x64

The Windows XP 64-bit trial offer has ended
and is no longer available.

Is there another way to get Win XP Pro x64 nearly for free, in order to be
able to
test some 64-bit features?
(Win Vista x64 is no alternative)

Thanks,
Walter H.

Re: Win XP Pro x64

Not to my knowledge...you'll need to purchase it.

Microsoft Windows XP Professional 64Bit SP2C - OEM
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116378
