add shared printer to local pc

Hi,
is there an easy way to add a printer that is in the list of printers on the
terminal server to the list of printers on any local machine that logs on
using remote desktop so when they minimise the desktop session they are
still able to print to the shared printer from documents that are stored
locally? If there isn't a method to set this automatically then what is an
easy way of doing this on an individual PC?

Is the best way from just run, \\server
