Best way to delete a file you can't delete?

Hello,

Occassionally I'll find a file that I can't delete even from the server
console - even after I've rebooted and no one else is on the server. They
aren't dll's or executables or anything being used - sometimes they are
pictures, sometimes sounds - but I can't delete them.

This is on a Win2k3 Server R2 SP2

Unlocker appears to be fairly effective: http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/

Cool. Thanks.

Sometimes you can RENAME a locked file and then it will be removable
after reboot.
