Account keep lockout - eVENT id 681 - urgent

Please help many users a/c keep locked out after 1 mins ,don't know hwat
happening.

The logon account : xxxx
by; Microsoft_Authentication_Package_V1_0
from workstation : xxxx
failed : the error code was :3221226036

Hello DD,

Please describe more in detail how they logon, workstation or Terminal server.
Also what operating system do you use? Did you change anything in your policies
before?

is client to server, workstation, running windows 2000 active directory.

Recently there is change on dc global policy, LAN Manager Authentication Level

Suspect this caused the problem.

now few windows 2000 client pc can login to DC but can not map to network
drive using explorer or net use command, error message invalid username or
password

please help
