Blat does not work when trichered by Scheduled Task

My BLAT script works if I run the batch file at a command prompt; but does not work if the same .BAT file is trigered by a Windoes Scheduled Task. Any ideas?

Blat works very well, regardless how it's triggered. Let's have
a look at your code!

What's in the batch file, and what user account is used to run the scheduled
task?
