Remote shutdown

I need to remotly shutdown many 2003/2000/NT servers and desktops. Can I use
"shutdown -i" (the gui) to do this?

Hard to say - there are so many versions of shutdown floating
about. Why don't you give it a try? It takes less time than to
post and monitor a question here!
