Thank you. I figured out the issue. I work with proprietary Market Data
Equipment/Software that will not allow you to share such a device even though
the server runs Windows 2003. So, my work around will have to be either
copying the necessary files over to where they can accessed or using a cd
instead and sharing the cd drive. I am not sure if this will help someone
else, but they may have a similiar question at some point.
