Loggin file activty

[Jasper Recto]

Does anybody know a way I can log file activity? I'm looking for
information on when files were created, deleted, moved or any other such
information.

Is there software that does this?

You can create auditing for files - but I do not suggest that you audit all
files as this will create a lot of events in event viewer.
