Customer is running Windows XP SP2 and connecting over a B2B tunnel
mstsc version: 5.1.2600.2180
Connection configured to provide access to local disk drives [Local Resources]

When accessing My Computer, the local C drive is missing, but the D drive
does show up.

\\tsclient only shows the following:

\\tsclient\D

Any ideas ?

Re: \\tsclient\c

Check if this applies:

940458 - Terminal Services session to a Windows Server 2003-based
terminal server, the first drive letter of the client is not
redirected to the Terminal Services session
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=940458

I'd also update the rdp client to at least the version that comes
with 2003 SP2. You'll find it in C:\WINDOWS\system32\clients
\tsclient\win32\msrdpcli.msi on the server
