Install disc download

I have a 64 bit machine at work with a valid key but it was built by an OEM
supplier in Germany so I don't think the key will be linked to any specific
account and is a few years old. I recently had to install the FTP software
under IIS and then came to realize that this systems install disc was lost
before I began working with the company. Does anyone know if it's possible to
download an install disc ISO as long as I don't need a key, or do I have to
buy a whole new cd with key? I know there are sites where I could download a
cd, but is it legal?

I know this may be a bit more of a lawyers realm, but any help would be
appreciated.

If your question is:

"I lost my install disc. If I download a new one, can I use it?"

The answer is yes, sure. Make sure it's the same as the one you lost.
