Hi

Currently I have Vista installed on my main computer, but I'm about to do a
dualboot installation with Windows 2008 Server on a dedicated drive.
Are there any issues I need to be aware of going into this or is this a
straight forward process? Currently using Vista Ulitmate 32bit, and
installing Windows 2008 server 64bit on dedicated drive.

Re: Dualbooting Vista Windows 2008

What issues would you expect to see? If you dual boot, the running system
has no knowledge of the other system.

The only problem with dual booting Vista or Server2008 is if the other
operating system is a "legacy" system like XP or server 2003 (which use a
different loader). Vista and 2008 use the same loader so it should work just
like having two Vista or two Server 2008 systems dual booting. I dual boot
Vista Home Premium with Vista Business and it works fine.
