I have a windows 2003 server and just purchased and configured TS for per
user mode. I log into the server and it still says i have my 25 licenses
unused. How do I get my server to start using the licenses instead of the
temp licenses?
thanks

Re: How to get Microsoft to use the licenses properly.

If server is configured in per user mode you will not able to track used TS
CAL. This is by design, per user licensing is not integrated fully in TS
2003. Per user mode is fully integrated in Windows 2008.

So how do I know when I am about to run out of licenses again?

Adding to that; Tracking and Managing of TS Per User Licenses is supported
in Windows Server 2008

You don't (at least through TS). You have to do it manually, somehow...
