IE 32 bit error running vista ultimate 64

Running 64 bit version of Vista Ultimate. The 64 bit browser works fine,
but whenever I use the 32 bit browser (necessary to view some sites) all of
a sudden I started getting the following message:

ieuser.exe - bad image
c:\\windows\syswow64\msfeeds.dll is either not designed to run on windows or
it contains an error

If I say ok to the error message the page continues to load and then the
message reappears, etc. etc.

Has anyone encountered and fixed this error.

If you don't have access to the two files (from another running system, or
temporarily installing in a spare partition) so you can replace them, why
don't you try posting in the internetexplorer.general or vista.general
groups.
