Hello,

I am using RemoteApps to allow remote access to our corporate software.
The users need to save some documents to their own local drive, everything
is working fine.
The problem is that they are a bit confused to see "Documents" folder,
"Desktop", and so on...

Here is what I have already done :
- Hide all server drives
- Customize windows open file dialog with only "My Computer" shortcut.

Is there a way to only let the users see their mapped client drive and hide
everything else ?

Many thanks for your help

RE: Show only local drives with RemoteApps

I am not really sure what you mean by 'mapped client drive', but I am
guessing when they go to save a Word doc or etc and they get the 'Save As'
window you want them to get somewhere and have it be easy, ok??

Create a folder on the desktop of the operator, call it path to save folder
or something, that folder will show up under My Compter, and then have a
short cut to the mapped client drive inside that folder and when they click
on that it will open up that 'client mapped drive'.

I mention again I am not sure about what you are asking, but this may solve
your issue.
