Remote Desktop Connection to Server 2008

I have a Vista client (running Vista Enterprise with SP1). I can use the RDP
client to connect to a Server 2008 machine and logon using a local account.
The Server 2008 machine is in our domain and when I try to connect using my
admin account in the domain, it gives me "An authentication error has
occurred (code 0x80090329)" and I am unable to connect. If I use my laptop
(running Vista SP1) then I *can* connect to the same Server 2008 machine with
my Domain account and it works fine.

I checked my Vista RDP client and it shows 6.0.6001 and that RDP 6.1 is
supported.

This is really starting to bug me. Any ideas?

Thanks,
TJ

Few question
- Whats the mode of Terminal Server
- Is there any event logged on Terminal Server or Client Machine
