We use Terminal Server on Windows Server 2003. 50 Users log on to this
server. Performance wise it is working extremely fine.
But, every 3-4 days, users start getting problem while logging on to the
server with the error given below:
EventID: 1500
Source: Userenv
==================================================
Windows cannot log you on because your profile cannot be loaded. Check that
you are connected to the network, or that your network is functioning
correctly. If this problem persists, contact your network administrator.
DETAIL - Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested
service.
==================================================
EventID:1508
Source: Userenv
==================================================
Windows was unable to load the registry. This is often caused by
insufficient memory or insufficient security rights.
DETAIL - Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested
service. for C:\Documents and Settings\hiren.shah\ntuser.dat
==================================================
Then I have to restart the server and then only users can logon to the server.
What might be the problem?
Sometimes UPHClean gives the following error:
EventID: 1401
Source: UPHCLean
==================================================
The following handles in user profile hive DOMAIN\tsuser1
(S-1-5-21-3543008478-1094292863-2038503728-1544) have been remapped because
they were preventing the profile from unloading successfully:
winlogon.exe (7956)
HKCU\Printers\DevModePerUser (0x454)
==================================================
EventID: 1101
Source: UPHClean
==================================================
User profile hive (S-1-5-21-3543008478-1094292863-2038503728-1239) unloaded.
==================================================
Is this what is creating problems on the Terminal Server?
Thanks in Advance,
Regards,
Denis
