Windows 2008 Network Monitor?

Does anyone know if there is a network monitor on W 2008 server Standard,
like in W 2003 server. I can't seem to find one or see where it can be added
as a feature..

Take a look at Computer Management->Reliability and Performance for
starters.

I meant the Network Monitor packet sniffer that has been in most all versions
of Windows server. Has MS dropped this program?

Thanks, downloaded, but get an UNKNOWN ERROR when I try to start capture,
tried it on 3 W 2008 svrs with same issue. Some other config needed? Does not
detect any network on any of the 3 boxes. 2 boxes are Dell and one an HP.

It works for me in Dell servers. I would check If the driver is loaded in
the network adapters.
