Re: STOP: c0000135 {Unable To Locate Component}
The same thing happened to me yesterday, and today I finally figured out
a simple fix for it when nothing else worked. I simply went to the
Control Panel, selected ADD or REMOVE, and deleted Microsoft Service
Pack 3. My computer returned to the previous Service Pack 2 update
after that. Make sure you select Display Updates at the top of the ADD
or REMOVE window so Service Pack 3 will display (in alphabetical order)
in the populated field.
