I'm a Novell guy working with my first w2003 server.
I'm use to a "rconj" utility which gives me access to the server like I was
sitting at the local console. How do I get the same with a 2003 server. What
I have read so far seems to point me towards a remote command line console.
Am I missing something?

You can use "Remote Desktop", which gives you console access
to a Terminal Server session on the server. After you have enabled
TS on the server, run this command at the client end:
mstsc /v:Servername
