Admin locking TS Session

Good afternoon!

Basic question: we have several clients who have Terminal Servers. Our
Help Desk constantly log into the Terminal Server, do their thing and then
lock the machine. Is this going to cause any problems.

Only if you run out of available TS CALs, I guess. Perhaps you need to train
your helpdesk staff not to do this, but to log out when done instead.
You can also set up an automatic logoff on disconnect via group policy if
you like...
