So you run Windows NT 4.0, Terminal Server Edition, is that
correct?
And you want to make sure that users can only start a single
session on the Terminal Server, correct?
Have you read the documentation that comes with LockSingleUser?
It's fully documented, and I wouldn't know how to explain it better
than it's done there.
What exactly is it that you don't understand about the
LockSingleUser documentation?

Re: Preventing Users to restrict to one session in Windows 2000

Hi ,
Appreciate your quick response , basically the environment which i explained
is running with pdc ,bdc environment but the machines that i was supposed to
login from tarantella are windows 2000 and these 2000 terminal servers in the
nt domain environment and all the servers has been installed with application
server mode.
More importantly the link which you provided in the other post

Q. How can I limit Terminal Services so that a user can connect
only one time?

A. For Windows 2000, there is a third-party application available
that does this. For more information, see the
thin.net/r25b.zip.
this i couldnt able to download , as it is saying page cannot be displayed.

Please help me to locate the locksingleuser.exe file that would be really
great, and finally do you think can i make use of this exe and restrict my
environment to single session for any user .

Regards,
Haris

Re: Preventing Users to restrict to one session in Windows 2000

thethin.net has moved a long time ago, and http://thethin.net
points to to http://www.msterminalservices.org/, but they seemed to
have removed LockSingleUser from their website.
You could try to contact the webmaster and ask them to put it back.
