Hi,
for about three weeks I have the following problem with Server 2003 R2 (with
SP2 and lather patches applied). The server shuts down at different times at
night, three to four times a week. Two event IDs are recorded at each
shutdown:
* Event ID: 1000, source: Save dump. The computer has rebooted from a
bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0xc0000415 (0xe1a51040, 0x00000000, 0x00000000,
0x00000000). A full dump was not saved.
* Event ID: 6008, source EventLog. The previous system shutdown at 2:36:52
on 16.5.2008 was unexpected.
The server runs mainly IIS (web site), MySQL and PHP, FileZilla FTP Server.
I tried many approaches already:
- reinstalled SP2
- reinstalled motherboard drivers
- upgraded PHP
- cleared scheduled tasks
- boot-time defragmentation
The most annoying thing is that server does not restart but shuts down and
therefore has to be restarted manually. Is at least this soluble? Automatic
restart after failure is enabled (I also checked the registry entry).
Thanks for any help,
Robert
