Hi,
On our stand alone 2003 server, our users don't get any kind of notification
when their passwords expire, this usualy results in locked out accounts since
they do not know why they can't log in.

I'm sure it must be a configuration issue but I just can't seem to find it,
can anyone help?

Thank you
Mark

Re: password expiration notification?

Thank you for the reply,
The article tells me to set the policy "Interactive Logon: Prompt user to
change password before expiration" which I have set to 14 days but for some
reason our users are not getting any kind of prompt.

I found this policy under Local Security Settings > Local Policies >
Security Options. Is there another policy that governs network logons? so
far I haven't been able to find one.

Thank you so much
