This is only happening to one of my users where when he logs into the TS his
default printer changes to a different printer. he has to go in and set his
default printer (which is a pain the butt). my only thought as to why this
might be happening is that his NTUSER.DAT file could be corrupted, however
before I tell him that I was wondering if it could be something else?

Thank you,

The most common cause I've seen of this is rogue software. I don't really
mean malicious, but just badly coded. Some software will only work via the
"default" printer. Therefore, some of this sketchy software, every time you
print, or configure a printer for "it", will automatically set the system
default to that same printer without telling you.

I'd look to see what software differences this user is using that might be
embedded into his user profile.

Admittedly, changing/deleting his profile and starting over (i.e.
NTUSER.DAT) might fix the problem, untill he runs that same software again.
