I need to be able to capture what is on a user's screen while I am viewing it
via "Remote Control" in the Terminal Services Manager application. I tried
to use "CTRL+PRTSCRN" and it did not work. Does anyone know how to do this
or if it can't be done using Terminal Services Manager is there an
alternative application that will allow for screen captures?

Thanks in advance,
J. Smith
