Re: Print Management on Server 2003 R2
Hi
I am currently implementing Print Management on a server running Server 2003
R2 with Windows XP SP2 clients and was wondering about the following:
I have added our printers to different group policies and they are installed
when the users log on to their notebooks. What will happen if I change the
share name for a printer or the printer name?
Will the "pushprinterconnections.exe" push the changes at the next login or
do I first remove the printer from the GPO so it's uninstalled from the
client computer and then add the printer with the new settings?
