Re: cannot access a necessary file msvcr80.dll

Afer installing SR-1 Vista Home Premum I get an error message starting
Outlook that it cannto find this file. when I download net framework 2.0 it
says already installed as part of operating system.

I tried running Office repair to no avail. Have run out of ideas.
Suggestions?
