Ok not best practice...

I am planning to set up TS on a domain controller - I think I did everything
correct - set up license server, activated it, but am unable to open TS
Manager. There is a window opened, but it is opened minimized and there is
no way to maximize/restore it.

In my License server listinging it shows "Existing Windows 2000 Server -
Terminal Services Cal Token" Do I need to uninstall TS and try again?

I want to test if TS is my best solution for a group of remote users to
access the network applications.

RE: Not Best Practice

Do you have any other machine that you can use as atest box? Even a desktop
machine will do, just increase RAM to accomodate.

Anyway,

the 2000 tokens there are not yor issue - those are supposed to be there.

What version of Windows are you running? Anything show up in the event logs
when you launch TS Manager?

Kristin,

this is a Server 2003 R2 box, I did not find any items in the event viewer
logs

RE: Not Best Practice

Does not solve your issue, but am curious if you can open TS Manager from
another box.
Have you tried access TS Manager from XP machine with admin tools installed?

Also, TS is not hard to install...have you tried installing it again? Did
you have antivirus on when you installed?
