File Server Resource Manger Service not starting

Hi I am running Server 2003 R2 x64 and cannot get the File Server
Resource Manager service to start. When I try to start it manually it
gives me "Could not start File Server Resource Manager service on
local computer" Error 193: 0xc1

Any ideas??
