not a valid Win32 ??

I am getting meessages like this in several programs

c:\Program Files\spybot-search e destroy\spybotSD.exe is not a valid
Win32 application

Samething happened when instaliing NOD 32

Something is obviously wrong and I don´t know how to fix it

BTW I forgot - System restore cannot restore to the previous restore
points .
